THE FILIPINO MARINE
From where the alien sails,
through the sea of Sulu
or the beaches of Zamboanga,
him, the Filipino Marine tails.

on the jungles of Lamitan
or the hills of Tugas.
At his flanks, the Filipino Marine scales.
With subtleness and speed, the invader lands.
With maneuver and firepower, the terrorist conquers.
On the summit of his success, the enemy sits
Right between his eyes, the Filipino Marine hits.

Note:
Our defense system is under attack by viruses. It has been and is continually being corrupted by foreigners controlling our nation which is a violation of our national integrity and sovereignty. The filipino marine among us, being a valuable part of our defense system is being tightly but subtly guarded by the aliens majority of whom are the north americans, thru different forms of persuasive techniques. It is a part of a society whose physical resistance to the north american invasion in the 1900s had been weakened, and thereafter its organic systems were replaced by a synthesized system, which transformed our defense, politics, education, psychological, sociological, and the whole of our organic developmental code, into that of being oriented towards dependence on the north americans for our source of our individual development, and for coordination and reference point for our social development. Through out these years, we were subjected to a process thru which our bond as a nation which is produced every generation by our organic national developmental code derived from our history which is supposed to be our national identity, has been corrupted. It was an Heredity Injuring Virus. This resulted to our disintegration from being nationalistic, to being individualistic whose direction of energies are oriented towards the north americans. This also resulted to the reorientation of our coordination and reference points for our functioning at the social level from our nation, to the north americans.
Today, the filipino marine among us, inspite of long years of extensive and intensive tactical and strategic experiences in fighting the terrorists, inspite of having been able to conduct many successful operations against the terrorist, cannot seem to be able to complete the whole strategic project of putting an end to this life cycle of threat to peace in our nation. There is always an event that cuts short the project from being completed. Another armed group emerged to prolong the problem or create new problems which require new development of project. Or the unit of the filipino marine is pulled out and the already fully developed project loses momentum or is entirely lost. Meanwhile, since the filipino marine is just part of the society whose development has been corrupted as described, the north american forces though lacking in extensive and intensive basic infantry and special operations experience in fighting terrorists in guerilla warfare in a tropical jungle, resort to different forms of persuasions and justifications the groundwork of which has already been laid in our society as described, to convince us that we need their help and train us to fight the terrorists. The north american occupation of our territories, has already been perpetual. This is our situation. Again, since the filipino marine among us is just part of our defense system which is part of the filipino society the development of which, has been tampered by the north americans in the 1900s as described, it has undergone a castrated development impotent beyond counterinsurgency capable.
After we were born as a nation in 1898, we became soldiers in accordance with the warrior tradition and spirit of which Gen. Artemio Ricarte, Gen. Antonio Luna, Gen Sakay, Maj. Torres Bugallón, Pvt Bonifacio Mariano, and all our elder warriors were born, baptized and died as soldiers. We could not be coerced but instead, defended our nation against aggressor foreign forces of an already emerging most powerful nation in the world in 1899. We were soldiers who because of having won many battles against the north american aggressors, were capable of defending our nation against foreign aggressors. It was only because of the north americans having resorted to massive kidnappings and extermination of the civilians among us that resulted to the deaths of from 700,000 to 1,000,000 filipinos among us, that many of the generals among us were forced to give in to their demands for us to surrender.
We were persuaded in many forms to be dependent on north american military doctrines and technology, high technology gadgets and other imported and economically unsustainable, causing atrophy on creativity and toughness. We were oriented towards attacking brother filipinos resisting the filipino puppet governments of the U.S., who are handing over our economic resources and strategically valuable assets which are acts of treason. At this stage, our nation thru our defense system has already been infected with Alienation Impotency Dependency Syndrome. The symptoms are a defense system oriented towards attacking the self- the countrymen (counterinsurgency-autoimmune) and defending the non-self or the foreign invaders. Let us hope that there is still a filipino national identity that can still be recovered from which we the filipino civilians among us could still find a big brother to protect us in our long and perilous journey to return to our own inherited home-- Filipinas.
